Can I use my entire 30-day package/data add-on while roaming in the EU?

Our 30-day packages have a fair use policy for roaming in the EU – roughly 25% of the package allowance can be used while roaming, with the remaining 75% only being available for UK usage. Exact allowances are indicated in the product description for each package.

The exception to the fair use policy is the 100GB (UK) / 100GB (EU) package, which has 100% roaming allowance.

Data add-ons (not to be confused with our 30-day bundles) instead have full EU roaming allowance.

Can I order multiple 30-day package in a single month?

We have a 1 package per month policy – should you run out of data during your 30 days, you’ll need to look at our data add-ons instead.

What do I do when I run out of data before the 30 days have passed?

If your current package runs out of data before the 30-day expiration date, then you can purchase a data add-on to keep you going until the end of your current package.

Note: These add-ons are NOT 30-day packages, but will instead run on until the end of your current package.

What is the difference between the 30-day packages and the data add-ons?

30-day packages should be purchased first if you don’t have any data on the SIM, and if you don’t have an existing package.

Data add-ons are only available for SIMs with an existing 30-day package: they are a short-term top-up that will keep you going should you run out of data, but haven’t reached the end of your current package.

Do I need to do anything before/after my 1-year period has ended? +

If you’re nearing the end of your SIM’s 1-year period, you will receive an email notifying you.

You can either renew the SIM to keep it active for another year instead of purchasing a new SIM, or you can let the 1-year period run out, and we can deactivate the SIM.

I’ve lost my SIM - what do I do? +

For a replacement fee of £10, we can send a replacement SIM should you misplace or damage your current SIM.
