Harpal Mann brings over 25 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, having held senior engineering and CTO roles at Alcatel and several successful telco startups. A serial entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in developing numerous technology patents and telecom analytics software solutions. Harpal holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California and continues to drive innovation at the intersection of AI, telecom, and digital infrastructure.
Frank Trevino

Frank Trevino is a cross-disciplinary ex-pat professional specializing in digital transformation, technology, and sustainability, with 25 years of global corporate strategy experience. A frequent speaker on AI strategy at events such as the Digital Transformation World Series, AI Summit, and Yahoo Finance, Frank brings a future-focused perspective to innovation and leadership. He holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing his DPhil also at Oxford in Sustainable Urban Development.
David Holder

David Holder brings 40 years of telecommunications experience, including two decades at BT and senior country manager roles with Marconi, Ericsson, Infinera, and ECL. His international leadership spans North America, South Africa, the Caribbean, and Israel, driving growth and operational excellence across diverse markets. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Liverpool.

Robert Holder is an experienced executive with a strong background in international business and finance. He formerly served as Managing Director for a NASDAQ-listed global logistics company, overseeing operations across 313 offices in 59 countries. With deep expertise in international financing and cross-border operations, Robert brings a strategic and global perspective to business leadership. He holds an ONC/D from Guernsey College.

Graeme Marett is a Chartered Engineer with over 50 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning both the public and private sectors. Over the past five years, he has played a key role in shaping telecommunications regulatory strategy in the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. Graeme holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Open University.

Elis Bebb is an experienced leader with a background in politics, technology, and business operations. As a former politician in Guernsey, he was responsible for driving significant legislative changes on the island. In addition to his public service, Elis has built a successful career managing large and complex technical projects for leading finance houses and retail companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from London College.
