What we do…
At Clear Mobitel, we not only use the word 5G, but we also use words like data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analysis, and business intelligence. We don’t use these words because they are buzzwords, we use them because of our experience in software, technology and artificial intelligence. From using multiple machine learning models, computer vision and semantic artificial intelligence, we are changing how telecommunications operate while constantly improving the customers experience.

Harpal brings 25 years of experience leading to senior engineering/CTO roles at Alcatel and various successful Telco startups. A serial entrepreneur responsible for many technology patents and software programs in telecom analytics.
Frank Trevino
Chief Strategy Officer
Frank is a cross-disciplinary professional in digital transformation, technology and sustainability with 25 years of global digital strategy—a frequent speaker on AI Strategy, including Digital Transformation World Series, AI Summit and Yahoo Finance.
David Holder
COO & VP Global Sales
David brings 40 years telco experience including 20 year at BT and country manager roles with Marconi, Ericsson, Infinera and ECI in North America, South Africa, the Caribbean and Israel.
Robert Holder
CFO
Robert Holder was formerly Managing Director in an international NASDAQ listed logistics company, with 313 offices in 59 countries. He has extensive knowledge and experience of international financing.
Graeme Marett
Regulator Director
A Chartered Engineer with over 50 years in the telecommunications industry in both the public and private sectors. The last five years he has been instrumental in designing the strategy for telecommunications regulation in the Channel Islands and the UK.
Elis Bebb
Director
Elis was formerly a politician in Guernsey and was responsible for a number of changes in the island’s legislation. He has a career of managing large and complex technical projects for various finance houses and retail companies.
